D. MARK LeBLANC, P.E.

Mark came to Florida in 1980 after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering. Mark's early professional experience included designing piling foundations for the I-75/I-595 interchanges, overseeing the construction of the Sawgrass Expressway, Galleria Mall, Broward County Jail, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Office Depot Center, home of the Florida Panthers. Having over 100,000 single family homes, several high rises and entire communities in his past, helped him keep an experience eye on the future. Several of Mark's clients have been with him for over 30 years.

In 1985, Mark founded and started one of, if not the first, professional inspection companies in the state of Florida. For 38 years, Mark has left an imprint on the construction skyline of South Florida. That imprint has always been one of integrity and competency. Mark's business philosophy has always been "be fair to your clients and to your employees; they will be fair to you."

Mark is a professional engineer, a registered special inspector, a certified CEU instructor and author of numerous CEU courses and seminars. In 2015, Mark was voted Engineer of the Year by the Broward County Board of Building Officials. Mark is also consultant to several municipalities in the tri-county area. Mark is the inventor and patent holder on the SPECPRO, a tool for measuring and documenting the condition of post-tension cables during construction.

Mark believes that yesterday's ethics are still valid today, and that there is no substitute for personal experience. That's why Mark is usually found on construction sites, performing inspections, speaking with clients and solving problems; in other words, being an engineer.
