We are Specialty Engineering Consultants, SPEC for short. Founded in 1985 by Mark LeBlanc, we were one of the first inspection firms in Florida. For nearly 40 years, we have been providing innovative and competitive design & architecture services to our clients all over South Florida, many of which has been with us since our inception.
At Spec we pride ourselves on doing today's work with the values of yesterday at heart; meaning we keep integrity and our customer's needs at the center of everything that we do. Our impact can be seen all over South Florida in projects such as the I-95/595 interchange or several housing developments that we have designed and inspected. We are also hard at work keeping south Florida safe by conducting milestone and threshold inspections on buildings old and new. Mark instills a belief that customer service is the differentiating factor to his employees, and we pride ourselves on being friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge and expertise.
